"Greeters" were originally inspired by the Big Apple Greeters, which began during the 90’s in New York.
Our network "Blois-Chambord Greeters" defines a new kind of tourism, allowing visitors to meet with locals residents to learn more about “their” hometown, “their” neighborhood, “their” city -- of which they are personally proud and passionate!
This concept was developed in over 30 cities worldwide, and unified by the International Greeter Association.
